What is the Partnership? The NYPPP is a neighborhood-based grass roots substance abuse prevention programs. The Partnership helps communities prevent alcohol, tobacco and other drug abuse by assisting neighborhoods in identifying problems and needs, prioritizing issues, and developing plans and prevention activities.
