Ferris Development now has Housing Resource Specialists working at Capital Area Michigan Works!  If you are experiencing landlord/tenant problems, facing foreclosure or eviction, are homeless, or have ANY housing concerns, call one of the Specialists and we may have a solution for you!  A Specialist is available Monday through Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm.  Call (517) 492-5583 or stop by the Capital Area Michigan Works! building located at 2110 S.
