Car Booster Seats

Beginning July 1, 2008  a new Michigan law mandates that all children be in a proper-fitting child safety seat or booster seat until they are 8 years old or 4'9" tall. Children must be in a seat until they reach the age requirement or the height requirement, whichever comes first.

Click on the following link to see the press release regarding Michigan's new booster seat law which takes effect on 7/1/08.
