The Eastside Health Navigator Program

The Eastside Health Navigator Program is a service of the Allen Neighborhood Center. Its purpose is to help the residents of the Eastside of Lansing learn about and access low- and no-cost healthcare services.

Health Navigators are volunteers who live, work, attend school, or are otherwise involved on the Eastside of Lansing. Health Navigators serve as an information resource for friends, neighbors, co-workers, classmates and clients, and help others navigate their way to the services they need.

If you would like to talk to a Health Navigator, please contact the Allen Neighborhood Center at 485-7630 and ask for the Health Navigator Coordinator.
